Virtual occlusion

In the digital occlusion workflow, physical dental casts are no longer required. Instead, an intraoral scan is made, and the STL data is added in the create surgery models wizard. Afterwards, the jaws are virtually set in occlusion. It is also possible to create a virtual occlusion starting from a loaded occlusion.

When working with segmental osteotomies, keep in mind that the osteotomies need to be simulated before virtually setting the occlusion.
