To acquire intraoral camera images with a template:
Perform an immediate scan or perform a scheduled scan.
For intraoral cameras, select the teeth that you want to acquire.
Press the device button if available or click Capture image.
Notes
If your intraoral camera comes with a foot pedal, you can use the foot pedal to acquire an image.
If acquiring images with a KaVo DIAGNOcam Vision Full HD device, Intraoral, Transillumination or Fluorescence acquisition can be selected.
If working with a KaVo DIAGNOcam Vision Full HD device, select Multi shot to acquire all possible image types. When using the tip, three different acquisition modes are used: transillumination, fluorescence and intraoral. Select Single shot and the type of image to acquire one image type at a time.
The defaults are set in the device settings that are accessible via the notification area.
Disable or enable the acquisition helper for a KaVo DIAGNOcam Vision Full HD device by selecting Disable acquisition helper or Enable acquisition helper . The acquisition helper comes in the form of green or orange edges on the viewer, indicating good or bad exposure.
To select another tooth of which intraoral images will be taken, use the or
arrow keys. Alternatively, click the tooth on the tooth range or click Previous or Next.
Note
When only one image per tooth is required, enable Proceed to the next tooth after capture to automatically continue with the next tooth.
If needed, arrange the images on the overview.
Click Finish.
