Tools

The toolbar provides you with tools to diagnose, measure and edit the scan data.

Click one of the tabs to go to the respective tools. Click the opened tab again to collapse the toolbar.

Diagnose		Measure
	Set the slice thickness of a 3D reslice viewer. *		Measure the HU value of a point. *
	Adapt brightness and contrast.		Measure a linear distance.
	Magnify an area or apply filters to a specific area only.		Measure segments.
	Capture a screenshot.		Measure an angle.
	Add a finding to the SmartPanel™ Findings tab.
	Analyse the airway. **	Plan
	Indicate a nerve.		Add an implant. This tool can be used in any workspace that contains CB(CT) data.
	Draw a custom reslice line.		Manage which implants can be placed.
	Add text.
	Draw segmented lines with the pen.
	Draw free-form lines with the pencil.
	Draw a circle.
	Draw an arrow.
	Select the line thickness for an annotation.

Edit 3D Scan		Dental Scan
	Edit the orientation of the patient model. *		Fill the holes*** of all jaw scans and diagnostic scans currently visible in the dental scan workspace.
	Adjust the OPG curve. *		Compare dental scans to follow up on gingival recession, tooth wear and other differences.
	Define the TMJ area. *		Calculate virtual teeth.
	Calibrate the tooth positions. *
	Adjust the bone threshold. *
	Align a dental scan with the 3D scan. *
	Generate an OPG (PAN).
	Generate 3D cephs. *

The annotations are shown on the Annotation tab  of the SmartPanel™.

Changing the Color of an Annotation

To change the color of an annotation:

On the Annotation tab  of the SmartPanel™, select the annotation and click .

Note

For a calibration annotation this option is not available.

Select Edit color.

Select a color and click OK.

Deleting an Annotation

To delete an annotation:

Alternatively, select the annotation object on the image viewer, and press the Delete key.
