Drawing a Custom Reslice Line

Draw a custom reslice line in any reslice viewer of the 3D patient workspace (coronal/sagittal/ axial) to create a custom reslice to inspect the CT data in detail. For example to mark and inspect the root canals and to make annotations.

Notes

The custom reslice lline is always perpendicular to the reslice where the annotation is placed.

The default slice thickness is Endo (0,5 mm).

Click Diagnose in the menu bar.

Click Custom reslice .

Indicate the custom reslice's start and end point.

The custom reslice annotion is added to the SmartPanel™ Annotation tab.

The position and the orientation of the custom reslice can be changed by clicking and dragging the start- and end-point.
