Panoramic reslice

The panoramic reslice shows the (CB)CT data along the reslice curve. This view is typically used to get an overview of the dental arch. The suggested U-shape of the panoramic reslice is constructed automatically when a patient model is created. Use the Reslice Curve action to change the U-shape, if needed.

The green line that guides the perpendicular reslice along the arch of the jaw bone is the reslice curve. This curve needs to be shaped appropriately to follow the curvature of the jaw you are studying. This curve can be manipulated by the user, at any time, to alter the views desired.
