To create a low-resolution surgical template for a completed implant plan:
Go to the Implant workspace.
Click Plan on the menu bar.
Click Surgical template.
Define the surgical template range.
Set the correct sleeve type.
Choose to include the planned anchor pins or not.
Click Next.
Add inspection windows, add labels, and set expert settings.
Click Finish. Check the design of the surgical template thoroughly before printing it.
A tooltip will invite you to generate the high-resolution surgical template for printing.

The blue color in the scene indicates this is a template, for which the high-resolution template has not yet been generated.
The implants and anchor pins that are included in the surgical template are immediately locked.
To add an inspection window on an area of the surgical template:
Click Add inspection window.
Click on the point where the center of the circle should be and drag to draw the circle.
Notes
Multiple inspection windows can be drawn.
The center of the circle has to be placed on the surgical template.
Sleeves will not be cut away.
Click Reset to remove all the inspection windows from the template.
To add a label to the template:
Enter the text that should appear on the Label. By default this is the patient ID.
Click Indicate label.
Click on the template in the scene where the label should go.
Right-click to finish.

Multiple labels can be added, but the text on the label will be identical as for the first one.
Click Reset to remove all the labels from the template.
To set the expert settings:
Select the Support type, Punch size and set the Height.
If you do not want to print the rotation marker, make sure Include rotation marker is deselected.

Click the question mark next to Expert settings to open a help window for an explanation of these settings.
Click Reset to put the values of these settings back to their defaults.
