Two-factor authentication is a two-step verification process that adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once it has been set up, you will be prompted to authenticate with:
your username and password
a six-digit code generated by an authenticator app
If two-factor authentication is set up, all DTX Studio users of your site will need to enter the verification code every 30 days to log in to DTX Studio Home.
To set up two-factor authentication:
Visit DTX Studio Go.
Click Settings.
Under Security, click Enable.
Click Next.
Download a free authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play - iTunes App Store) or Google Authenticator (Google Play - iTunes App Store). Scan the QR code with the authenticator app.
Click Next.
Enter the six-digit code that is shown in your authenticator app and click OK.
Every 30 days, when you start DTX Studio Clinic and log in, you will be requested to enter the six-digit code that is shown in the authenticator app.
