Exporting to DTX Studio™ Implant

Make sure a connection with the implant module (DTX Studio™ Implant) has been established in the settings.

To launch DTX Studio™ Implant:

Select the patient record in the patients list patients icon .

Notes

At least one 3D scan must be available for this patient.

DTX Studio™ Implant 3.4 or a later version needs to be installed on your computer.

Click Implant implant icon .

If the patient record has not been exported before, click Export to new patient face and arrow . Otherwise, click Open existing patient face and plus and DTX Studio™ Implant will be launched.

If there is more than one 3D scan, select the appropriate tile.

Notes

The most recent 3D scan is selected by default.

Click Export.

DTX Studio™ Implant is opened and/or a patient record is created in DTX Studio™ Implant.

Note

Patient data needs to be added manually to the patient record in DTX Studio™ Implant in the following cases:

the patient record already exists in DTX Studio™ Implant

intraoral scans are exported to DTX Studio™ Implant but are not aligned with the 3D scan.

DTX Studio™ Implant can also be opened from within the DTX Studio™ Clinic notification area:

Go to the DTX Studio™ Clinic notification area.

On the Apps tab, click DTX Studio Implant implant icon .
