When you open DTX Studio™ Clinic, the patients list is opened by default, showing patient records stored on the local hard drive and DTX Studio™ Core. To open the patients list at any other time, click Patients in the sidebar.
If the computer is not connected to DTX Studio™ Core, only the locally stored patient records are shown. There are options to search for a patient record or to sort the list.
Note
If the computer is connected to DTX Studio™ Core, the initial patient list shows all local patients and 100 patients retrieved from DTX Studio™ Core. Use the search function to retrieve more patients from DTX Studio™ Core.
To open a patient record directly in the patient module, double-click the patient name.
If the patient record is opened in the patient module or the capture module, a lock icon is displayed instead of the patient's initials.
An offline available patient record is marked with .
To hide the patient names, IDs and dates of birth from the patient or scan requests lists, use the privacy mode.
If the computer is connected to DTX Studio™ Core, patient records have one of the following statuses:
Scan requested: For this patient record, one or more scan requests have been created.
: This patient record is opened by another user on a different computer. The name of the computer and the user that opened the patient record are displayed under the patient name.
Conflicting changes: This patient record has been unlocked and modified on another workstation, and now there are conflicting changes.
