Refining a Scan
At least one scanned jaw is needed before proceeding.
During the refining step, detailed meshes will be calculated, the orientation of the scans will be refined, and holes will be filled (if an option to fill holes is set in the scan model preferences). This can take several minutes.
On the Tasks panel, select Refine scan 
.
Click Refine.
Note
The jaws can be aligned manually.
