Manual Alignment
Click Manual alignment 
in the Tools bar.
If there is more than one bite scan, first select which bite scan the upper jaw should be aligned with. Indicate at least three corresponding points on the upper jaw (in the right viewer) and the bite scan (in the left viewer).
Notes
You can choose in which viewer you start indicating the first point.
To start all over, click Reindicate all points.
Click Next.
If there is more than one bite scan, first select which bite scan the lower jaw should be aligned with. Indicate at least three corresponding points on the lower jaw (in the right viewer) and the bite scan (in the left viewer).

To go back to the upper jaw, click Back.
Click Next.
Check whether the calculated alignment is fine. If not, click Back. Otherwise, click Finish.
