Note
Ensure that the marker extraction calculation was finished before entering the Manual alignment wizard. Enter the alignment page via the Back button or the icon for the alignment page in the top-right corner of the Inspect result page of the Radiographic Guide wizard.
The alignment wizard consists of three pages:
To navigate between the different pages of the manual alignment, you can use the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of the pages.
To manually align the patient and guide models, do one or more of the following:
1. On the Patient Markers page:
Indicate a new marker region if necessary. Adjust the region of interest by dragging the borders of the selected region. Only markers within this region are detected.
— Adjust the marker threshold values if needed.
— Change the classification of markers.
— Adjust the marker visualization to set it to your needs.
— Recalculate the marker extraction.
— Indicate a new marker region if necessary. Adjust the region of interest by dragging the borders of the selected region. Only markers within this region are detected.
— Adjust the marker threshold values if needed.
— Change the classification of markers.
— Adjust the marker visualization to set it to your needs.
3. On the Check Alignment page:
— Indicate a new marker pair.
— Disable or enable existing marker pairs.
— Adjust the marker visualization to set it to your needs.
