Select the patient record in the 
patient list.
Click 
More.
Select 
Import Surgery Plan.
Select the surgery plan and report.
Click Import.
Select the patient record in the patient list.
Click More.
Select Import Surgery Plan.
Select the surgery plan and report.
Click Import.
