Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication is a two-step verification process that adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once it has been set up, you will be prompted to authenticate with:

your username and password

a six-digit code generated by an authenticator app

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication

If two-factor authentication is set up, all DTX Studio users of your site will need to enter the verification code every 30 days to log in to DTX Studio™ Home.

To set up two-factor authentication:

Visit DTX Studio Go.

Click Practice setup.

Under Security, click Enable.

Click Next.

Download a free authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play - iTunes App Store) or Google Authenticator (Google Play - iTunes App Store). Scan the QR code with the authenticator app.

Click Next.

Enter the six-digit code that is shown in your authenticator app.

Click OK.

Logging in to DTX Studio Home with Two-Factor Authentication

Every 30 days, when you start DTX Studio Clinic and log in, you will be requested to enter the six-digit code that is shown in the authenticator app.
