Some third-party partners can provide services directly integrated into DTX Studio Clinic. The order can be created in DTX Studio Clinic and submitted to the partner’s framework.
If service providers are available in your region, start by connecting your partner account in DTX Studio Go.
Click Collaborate.
The QuickConnect window is opened, where — next to the options to share a patient record or patient data — the selected connections are shown.
Click Edit.
Select the connections you want to show on the QuickConnect window. By default, the first three connections of the list are selected. Select the ones you use most often and select whether you want to share just the patient data or the whole patient record with the selected connection.
To add more connections to the list, click Manage connections on DTX Studio Go and complete the connection setup on DTX Studio Go.
Deselect Automatically open DTX Studio Go after case creation, if directly after sharing the patient data, you want to continue working in DTX Studio Clinic uninterruptedly.
Click Save.
Once the partner account is connected in DTX Studio Go, you can use their services.
Click Collaborate.
Hover over the partner name and click Select.
Select the patient data that you want to send.
Click Continue.
The files are uploaded.
Continue the order process on the partner website.
Once submitted, the order is added to the Orders overview in the patient record.
Select the patient record in the patient list.
Click the Orders tab.
Click View case to open the case on the partner website.
Click Add new data to submit new data to the case.
