Managing Objects and Annotations
Objects and annotations are grouped in collapsible groups on the smart panel 
Visibility tab.
To expand all the groups, click 
in the upper-right corner and select Expand all. To collapse them all, select Collapse all.
A 
half visible icon indicates that some of the items in the group are hidden, but not all.
To change object or annotation settings and properties:
Right-click the object in a viewer and selecting a preferred action, or
Click the smart panel Visibility tab, select the object or annotation and click .
The available actions will depend on the object or annotation type and the workspace.
Setting Object Transparency
For some objects the opacity can be modified:
Click the smart panel Visibility tab.
Select the object and click .
Drag the Opacity slider to adjust the transparency.
Alternatively, right-click the object in a viewer, select Opacity and drag the opacity slider.
Changing an Annotation Color
To change the color of an annotation:
Click the smart panel Visibility tab.
Select the object and click .
Note
For a calibration annotation this option is not available.
Select Edit color.
Select a color and click OK.
Setting the Annotation Line Thickness
Click Annotate on the menu bar.
Click 
Thickness and select one of the available thicknesses.
Note
The selected thickness becomes the new default for your user account on the computer you are working on.
Select the type of annotation you want to create and draw the annotation.
To change the line thickness of an existing annotation:
Select the annotation.
Click Thickness and select the thickness.
The line thickness of the selected annotation will be adjusted.
Hiding Objects or Annotations
To hide one object or annotation:
Click the smart panel Visibility tab.
Click the 
visibility icon in front of the object or annotation. Click the 
faded visibility icon to display the object or annotation.
Alternatively, right-click the object in a viewer and select Hide.
To hide all the items in a group of objects or annotations:
Click the visibility icon in front of the group on the smart panel Visibility tab. Click the faded visibility icon or half visible icon in front of the group to display all the items in the group.
To hide all objects and annotations:
Click in the upper-right corner of the smart panel Visibility tab.
select Hide all. Select Show all to display all the objects and annotations.
To set the visibility back to its default, click in the upper-right corner of the smart panel Visibility tab, and select Reset all.
Deleting Objects or Annotations
There are multiple ways to delete an object or annotation:
Right-click the object or annotation and select Delete.
Select the object or annotation and press the Delete key.
Select the smart panel Visibility tab. Select the object or annotation, click and select Delete.
