Locally Stored Patient Records
When DTX Studio Clinic is connected to DTX Studio Core, a certain number of patient records is locally stored and synchronized with the DTX Studio Core database.
To set the maximum number of local patient records:
In DTX Studio Home click 
Menu.
Click 
Settings.
Click Storage.
Select the preferred maximum number of patients in the Local Storage list:
5 patients
20 patients
40 patients
60 patients
Click OK.
Disk Space Cleanup
Locally stored patient records that have not been modified within the last two years are automatically removed locally. These patient records remain available on DTX Studio Core.
To free up disk space, other locally stored patient records are also removed in the following order:
The locally stored patient records that have been unchanged for the longest time, without the status available offline.
The locally stored patient records with the status offline available.
Locally stored patient records are removed until the set number of patient records is no longer exceeded.
