Learning Resources and Contacting Support
Access to different help functions is possible throughout DTX Studio Home and DTX Studio Clinic.
View all Learning Resources and Keyboard Shortcuts
To go to the help documentation, Instructions for Use and keyboard shortcuts, click 
Menu and select Help, Keyboard shortcuts or Instructions for Use. Alternatively, click 
in the Clinic module.
The training video website and product tour can only be opened in the Clinic module. Click Menu or and select Training videos or Product tour.
Contact Customer Support
To reach out to customer support, click Menu and select Contact support. The support website with all the contact options is opened.
Collect Data for Support
To provide customer support with valuable data:
In DTX Studio Home click Menu.
Click About.
Click Export support data. The DTX Studio log files, device log files, settings files and installation info file are collected.
Choose a destination for the .zip file and share it with customer support.
Information on DTX Studio Clinic
To show information on DTX Studio Clinic:
In DTX Studio Home click Menu.
To show the software version number, manufacturer and additional information, click About.
To show the account details, license information and the End User License Agreement (EULA), click Account details.
