Installation and Updates
To begin using DTX Studio™ Clinic, the installation and registration of the software must first be completed.
Installing DTX Studio Clinic
Install the software according to the 'DTX Studio Clinic installation guide', which can be found on DTX Studio Go.
Updates
DTX Studio Clinic is regularly updated with new features and improvements. We advise to always install the latest software to increase the application's performance and to enhance its security.
When starting the software, the system automatically checks for updates. When a software update is available, a message under your username on the sidebar is highlighted in blue. Click on this message to open the link to DTX Studio Go, where you can download the updated version. Updates can be mandatory or optional.
Notes
When updates are distributed through DTX Studio Core and a new installer is detected, you will receive a notification at the top of the patient list. This notification will inform you that a new software version is available. To install the update, click on Install now. DTX Studio Clinic will close, and the software update installer will launch.
If your DTX Studio Clinic maintenance subscription has expired, a message under your username on the sidebar is highlighted in orange. Click on this message to open the link to DTX Studio Go, where you can manage your maintenance subscription.
Mandatory
When a mandatory update is launched, a message informs you about this update. You will not be able to use the software until the update is installed.
To download and install mandatory software updates, click Download. Continue to DTX Studio Go to download and install the latest version.
If you click Cancel, the software is closed.
Optional
When an optional update is launched, choose to download and install the update or to postpone it and continue using the software as is. We advise to always install the latest updates.
To download and install optional software updates, click More info to continue to DTX Studio Go. Download and install the latest version. If you do not want to perform the update yet, click 
.
Note
In the settings, choose to always show the update messages every time you start DTX Studio Home, or to only show the message once for each new software version.
