Export 2D Grayscale or Reslice Viewer
To export a 2D grayscale image or reslice viewer with the set filter applied:
On the title bar of the viewer, click 
.
Click 
Export filtered image and select an image type.
Enter the file path in the address field and click Save.
The image is exported to the indicated location.
