Partner Collaborations
DTX Studio Clinic provides options to share a patient record or patient data with a connection, create orders, and send a case to a third-party partner.
Some third-party partners can provide services directly integrated into DTX Studio Clinic. The order can be created in DTX Studio Clinic and submitted to the partner’s framework.
Establish a Connection with a Partner

If service providers are available in your region, start by connecting your partner account in DTX Studio Go.
In the QuickConnect window, click Edit.
Select the connections you want to show on the QuickConnect window. By default, the first three connections of the list are selected. Select the ones you use most often and select whether you want to share just the patient data or the whole patient record with the selected connection.
To add more connections to the list, click Manage connections on DTX Studio Go and complete the connection setup on DTX Studio Go.
Clear Automatically open DTX Studio Go after case creation, if directly after sharing the patient data, you want to continue working in DTX Studio Clinic uninterruptedly.
Click Save.

Once the partner account is connected in DTX Studio Go, partner services become available.
In the QuickConnect window, hover over the partner name and click Select.
Select the patient data that you want to send.
Note
Only supported data and file types are displayed.
Click Continue.
The selected files are uploaded.
Complete the order process on the partner website.
After submission, the order is added to the Orders overview in the patient record.
View a Partner Case or Add New Data

In the patient list, select the patient record.
Click the Orders tab.
Click View case to open the case on the partner website.
Click Add new data to submit new data to the case.
Click Import files to import files uploaded by the partner into the patient record in DTX Studio Home.
