To inspect the frontal and/or the lateral cephalogram, click Ceph on the workspace bar. Alternatively, press [F7].
Note
This workspace is only available if a 3D ceph was generated from the 3D (CB)CT scan or if a 2D cephalogram is added to the diagnosis.
On the Layout smart panel, related images are shown. Click a related image to add it to the workspace. Click the image on the smart panel again to remove it.
Rotate an image, if needed, using the rotate icon (
).
Notes
If originated from a 3D X-ray, the orientation of the 3D cephalogram is based on the orientation you set for the 3D X-ray. If the scanner orientation of the 3D X-ray is adjusted, the cephalograms are regenerated, and the annotations and measurements are removed.
Upon generating a 3D ceph from DICOM data, bony structures will be enhanced in the generated image. This Enhance bony structures feature is enabled by default in the image settings.
