To add text to an image:
Click Annotate on the menu bar.
Click Text 
.
Note
The text annotation line thickness can be chosen.
Click on the image.
Type the text.
Right-click to finish.
The text is shown in the viewer and added to the SmartPanel Annotation tab 
. Click 
to change the color or delete the text.
