Manage the performance of the patient module to get an optimal result for your hardware devices.
In the Preferences dialog, click Performance.
Select the preferred performance settings:
To speed up rendering reslices by using hardware acceleration, select Enable GPU rendering for reslices.
In the 3D Visualization Quality list, select the preferred quality.
Note
Selecting a higher quality will result in a slower 3D viewer.
In the Grayscale interpolation list, select a preferred option to control the smoothness of CT reslices and 2D grayscale images.
In the Resolution of clinical pictures list, select the preferred resolution.
Note
When importing clinical pictures, they will be resampled to the selected resolution. A higher resolution will result in a larger file size.
Click OK.
