To import a patient record manually:
In the sidebar, click Add patient .
Select Import patient.
Browse to the location where the DTX patient (.dtxp) file is stored and click Open.
The patient record is added to the patients list .
Note
If a connected dental office shares patient information and data via DTX Studio™ GoDTX Studio™ Go, click on the received data in the orders list. In the order details, click Create patient if the shared file is a dtxp file, or Download data when specific data is shared.
Export a patient record to share the diagnoses and image data with another DTX Studio™ Clinic user. Additionally, the exported patient can be viewed in the Referral version of DTX Studio™ Clinic, freely available via DTX Studio™ GoDTX Studio™ Go
To export a patient record:
Select the patient record in the patients list and click More
.
In the Patient group, click Export patient .
Browse to the location where to store the patient.
Note
The set file path will be saved as the new default. The initial default location is the Documents folder.
By default, all diagnoses are selected. To limit the export, clear the Export full patient check box and select the diagnoses you want to export.
You can choose to anonymize the data by selecting the Anonymize patient check box.
Click Export.
