Performance
Customize the performance settings according to your hardware setup and personal preferences:
Open the Settings dialog.
Click Performance.
Select:
Hardware accelerated font rendering to speed up the font display.
2D only viewing for low-performance computer to disable all 3D features in order to improve the performance for a computer with less powerful components. In the DTX Studio™ Clinic title bar of the diagnostic module, there will be an indication that only the 2D features are available.
Autosync patient data to automatically synchronize patients. If this option is turned off, patients will only be synchronized when performing certain actions in DTX Studio™ Clinic, like opening a diagnose, exporting images,... Turning this option off may reduce load on the network infrastructure, but could lead to additional waiting times.
Enable fast launch of Diagnose to already start the diagnostic module when DTX Studio™ Clinic is launched. If this option is enabled, images are loaded faster when starting the diagnostic module.
Launch DTX Studio™ Clinic on startup to start DTX Studio™ Clinic automatically when the computer is started. The DTX Studio™ Clinic icon 
in the notification area will be available. DTX Studio™ Clinic will launch faster.
A preferred resolution for clinical pictures in the Resolution of clinical pictures list.
Note
When importing clinical pictures, they will be resampled to the selected resolution. A higher resolution will result in a larger file size.
For the changes to take effect, you need to restart the software. The changes are saved for all users on the machine.
