To keep your list of active cases short and relevant, archive cases.
Click Menu
in the sidebar.
Select Archive.
An overview of cases currently in the case list is opened. By default, all the cases in the list are selected. To search for cases for a particular patient, clinician or a case ID, enter (a part of) the patient name, clinician name or patient ID in the Find a patient, Clinician or Case ID search box. To select or clear all the cases in the list, select or clear the top check box. The Archive button shows how many cases are selected ('#'). Select the cases you want to archive.
Click Archive (#).
A file browser is opened. The system shows the path to the default DTX Studio™ Lab archive folder, and suggests a name for the archive (.nda) file. Enter the path and the file name.
A progress dialog is shown while the selected cases are archived.
Notes
A message is shown if a selected case is open in the scan, design or bar module, or if a case could not be archived due to writing permissions or a general error.
If one case cannot be archived, all other cases are not archived either.
Click Menu
in the sidebar.
Select Unarchive.
Choose the .nda file and click Open.
An overview of the archived cases in the selected file are listed. To search for cases for a particular patient, clinician or a case ID, enter (a part of) the patient name, clinician name or patient ID in the Find a patient, Clinician or Case ID search box. By default, all the cases in the list are selected. To select or clear all the cases in the list, select or clear the top check box. The Unarchive button shows how many cases are selected ('#'). Select the cases you want to unarchive.
Click Unarchive (#).
A progress dialog is shown while the selected cases are unarchived.
Note
Cases that are already in the list cannot be unarchived.
