A point measurement allows you to measure the post-surgical displacement of a specific point visualized by a sphere (3D) or circle (2D). Point measurements can only be placed on surgery models.
To measure a point:
Click Point on the Diagnose tab.
The cursor changes into a crosshair.
Click when pointing an object. A small sphere appears.
Note
To cancel the point measurement, right-click before you actually click a point.
The point measurement is added to the Measurement group in the Diagnose smart panel.
Note
When hovering the point measurement on the smart panel, the pre-op position, the delta and the planned position is displayed.
To rename a point measurement:
On the smart panel, click Diagnose.
Next to the measurement, click the more options icon
Select Rename.
Enter the desired name and press Enter.
Hide a point measurement using the visibility editor or the right-click menu.
Right-click the point measurement.
Click Hide.
The measurement is hidden. To display it again, use the visibility editor icons in the Diagnose smart panel.
To delete the point measurement:
Right-click the point measurement.
Click Delete.
