Order a Splint via IPS Gate®
Note
In some countries the surgical splint may be considered a medical device. Please contact your local regulatory agency for information regarding the regulatory states and requirements related to manufacture of these surgical splints.
To order a splint via IPS Gate:
In the 
Home menu, click 
Order via IPS Gate.
Enter the File name for the surgical splint order file. Enter the path name, or click Browse, and Select Folder to set the appropriate location to store the file in. By default, the splint order file will be stored in the folder where the open case is stored. Notes to production can be added. To add the IPS file in the export package, select Add patient file.
Should you wish to go to IPS Gate immediately upon closing this dialog, select Launch IPS Gate.
Click Save. The file will be stored in the specified location and it can be sent to the production site.
Note
When an intermediate splint and a final splint are created, both splint files will be incorporated in a single encrypted file, which can be sent to the production site.
If you selected Launch IPS Gate, the IPS Gate web page is displayed.
