Edit an Osteotomy

When Le Fort I, chin, ramus or sagittal split virtual osteotomies require editing:

Click the icon of the osteotomy action.

The Check osteotomy surface page of the Osteotomy wizard is shown. Adjust the osteotomy surface by dragging the blue dots.

Click Next.

Check whether the osteotomy is correctly simulated.

Click Finish.

Note

Warning messages will pop up when editing an osteotomy or replacing an osteotomy by another one, for example when replacing a ramus osteotomy by a sagittal split. Read the displayed message to understand the implications of the changes you make.
