Translation
Translation in the 3D scene
Select the translation movement type 
in the smart panel for the specified bone segments. The fragment you selected is highlighted in the 3D scene and the cursor changes into a translation cursor.
Note
This movement action temporarily disables all other actions in the ribbon. A tooltip is shown to indicate that you are in ‘translation’ mode.
Click and drag the highlighted fragment. A line and a label visualize the translation direction and distance.
Right-click to finish the translation action. The movement is also shown on the smart panel.
Translation in the smart panel
Click the Translation action in the smart panel of the bone segment you wish to move.
Define the extent of the movement. This can be done for right/left (R/L), forth/back (F/B) and up/down (U/D) movement. Enter the distance (in mm) directly in the box. Alternatively, use the + and - buttons of the spin box to determine the appropriate angle.
Click Finish.
