Scan Order Statuses

When ordering a dental scan it is convenient to follow up on the status of the order.

To check the status of a scan order:

Open a patient file.

Click Order products in the Medical Record dialog.

Select the order in the list.

The status is provided in the Status field, right below the Ordered services/products table. An order type and status icon is displayed in front of the order in the Orders list.

The following statuses are available:

Sent: the scan order was sent.
Uploaded: the scan order data are uploaded.
In progress: the scan order is being processed.
Ready: the scan order is ready for download.
Downloaded: the scan order is downloaded.
Failed: the scan order was rejected.
Failed: the scan order upload failed.
