What to Do When You Forget the Password

When the login password is lost, it is possible to reset it. Before logging in, make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.

Start DTX Studio™ Implant by double-clicking the desktop icon .

The DTX Studio Implant Logon dialog pops up.

Click Forgot your password? The software takes you to the DTX Studio™ Go portal.

In DTX Studio™ Go, click Forgot password?

A dialog pops up to request the reset of a password.

Enter the username and click Reset password.

An e-mail will be sent to the address linked to the username. Click Reset password in the mail.

Enter a new password and confirm this new password.

Click Next.

Your new password can be used to log in to DTX Studio™ Implant.
