DTX Studio™ Implant contains a number of tools to browse through the slices to check the inside of the bone in the 2D viewer. In the 3D viewer the slice moves along the curve, showing the corresponding cross section in the 2D viewer.
Four manipulation actions are provided:
— Use the Slice Index option on the Reslice Property Panel
— Use the mouse
— Use the slider
— Use the Slice input box
1. Right-click the reslice.
2. Select Slice Index from the menu.
3. Drag the slider to the left or to the right. The cross-sectional reslice will follow correspondingly along the curve showing the cross-section in the 2D viewer.
Note
The Slice Index option is available on the cross-sectional reslice, as well as on the axial, sagittal, and coronal reslices.
1. Click in the 2D viewer to make sure the focus is on this window pane.
2. Move the mouse pointer over the 2D viewer.
3. Scroll the mouse-wheel up to move up in the number of slices.
4. Scroll the mouse-wheel down to move downwards in the number of slices.
Note
The number in the Slice input box changes correspondingly.

To use the slider to scroll through the different CT slices, do one or more of the following:
— Click the central slider button and hold. Drag the button to the right to move up in the number of slices. Drag the button to the left to move down in the number of slices.
— Click the plus and minus icons of the slider to move with an increment of 1 slice per click.
— Click the slider bar. The slice corresponding with the clicked position is shown.
When scrolling through CT slices, use the Slice input box to move to a specific slice:
1. Click the Slice input box in the 2D viewer.
2. Type the number of the slice you want to inspect.
3. The image jumps to the slice of your choice.
