Cross-sectional reslice dimensions

To change the size of the cross-sectional reslice, choose either one of the predefined dimensions or set a custom size.

Set a predefined size

Adjust the size with the Reslice Curve action 

Select a predefined size for the cross-sectional reslice

1.       Select the cross-sectional reslice.

2.     In the Size group of the dedicated Cross-sectional tab, click Size .

3.     Select the appropriate size from the cascading menu.

or

1.       Right-click the cross-sectional reslice.

2.     Click Size.

3.     Select one of the options in the drop-down menu (small - medium - large). The size of the reslice changes accordingly.

Note

Alternatively, select Property Panel and select a preset size in the drop-down list on the Size tab.

Set a custom size for the cross-sectional reslice

1.       Select the cross-sectional reslice.

2.     In the Size group of the dedicated Cross-sectional tab, click Size .

3.     Select Custom from the cascading menu.

4.     On the Size tab of the Property Panel enter the values for width and height or use the respective sliders to set the appropriate values.

or

1.       Right-click the cross-sectional reslice.

2.     Do one of the following:

     Click Size and select Custom from the cascading menu.

     Choose Property Panel from the shortcut menu and open the Size tab.

3.     On the Size tab of the Property Panel enter the values for width and height or use the respective sliders to set the appropriate values.

Adjust the size with the reslice curve action

If the appropriate image in the cross-sectional reslice is not visible, adjust the perpendicular view.

1.       Click Reslice Curve to open the Adjust Reslice Curve action.

2.     Drag the boundaries of the shown region in the perpendicular view up and/or down or sideways.

Note

It is possible to drag the upper or lower boundaries independently. When dragging the left or right boundary, the opposite one will move in the opposite direction and with the same distance to assure the central position of the reslice image.
