In general, the patient information can be entered by filling out the fields on the Patient Information pane. To complete the patient form, do one or more of the following things:
1. Make sure the patient’s name is correct. These fields should be filled out by the system with the data entered during the creation of the patient’s medical file.
2. Enter the patient ID.
3. Verify the identification of the treating clinician. Update if needed.
4. Choose the appropriate gender from the drop-down list box.
5. Add the date of birth.
6. Enter street name and number, zipcode, and city. Select the appropriate country from the drop-down list. Additional addresses can be entered.
7. Enter telephone number(s). Fields are provided for both home and mobile numbers. Additional numbers can be added.
8. Enter the patient’s e-mail address. Additional e-mail addresses can be added.
9. A notes field is available to add remarks, etc.
10. Pictures can be imported to the patient information record (or added via the Snapshot function in DTX Studio™ Implant) and basic actions (i.e. rotation or annotations) can be performed on the imported items.
