When ordering a dental scan it is convenient to follow up on the status of the order.
To check the status of a scan order:
1. Open a patient file.
2. Click Order products in the Medical Record dialog.
3. Select the order in the list.
4. The status is provided in the Status field, right below the Ordered services/products table. An order type and status icon is displayed in front of the order in the Orders list.
The following statuses are available:
Sent: the scan order was sent. |

Uploaded: the scan order data are uploaded. |
|
In progress: the scan order is being processed. |
|
Ready: the scan order is ready for download. |
|
Downloaded: the scan order is downloaded. |
|
Failed: the scan order was rejected. |
|
Failed: the scan order upload failed. |
