To follow up on the status of an order, please refer to the My Office module or the Product order module.
1. In My office, click All Orders.
2. The list of available orders is displayed. An icon showing order type and status is displayed in front of the order in the Orders list.
3. To obtain the current order status, click Refresh in the upper-right corner.

To monitor the status of an order:
1. Open a patient file.
2. Click Order Products in the Medical Record dialog.
3. Select the order in the list.
4. The status is provided in the Status column of the Ordered Products list and in the Status field below the list. An icon showing order type and status is displayed in front of the order in the Orders list.
The following statuses are available:
Not sent: the order was created but not sent. |

Queued: when other uploads and/or downloads are busy, the order is queued. |
|
Sending: the order data are being sent. |
|
Received: the order was sent correctly. |
|
In Production: the order is received at the production site. |
|
Finished: the order is finished. |
|
Cancelled: the order was cancelled in the production environment. The reason for this cancellation will be noted. |

Failed: the order failed to upload correctly. |
Important
— An internet connection is required to check the order status. Order status is refreshed every 15 minutes.
— The order status of the surgical template / duplicate denture is updated in the status column of the ordered products. The status of other ordered products (e.g. implants or drills) will NOT be updated since they are not manufactured in the same process.
