Explaining the scan order wizard

The scan order wizard consists of the following pages:

Indicate scan objects

The indicate scan objects page allows the user to indicate the required scan objects.

1.       Click and drag over the upper or the lower jaw to indicate the region to be scanned.

2.     Release the mouse button and select the required scan object from the pop-up menu. Choose between Diagnostic, Scan range or Extract.

3.     Repeat these steps until all requested scan objects are indicated.

An overview is show in the Requested Scans list. To remove a scan object from the overview list, hover over an requested scan and click the cross icon displayed at the end.

Scan order overview

Enter all the necessary details for the scan order.

Note: Check whether the dental lab works with a NobelProcera® 2G System.

1.       Select the dental laboratory that will process the order.

2.     Type in the preferred delivery date (format yyyy-mm-dd) or select it from the calendar drop-down.

3.     The Requested by name is filled out with the data retrieved from the used DTX Studio™ Implant user account

4.     Verify the patient information.

5.     Add a note to the dental laboratory and select the images you wish to include.

6.     Check the Requested Scans overview.

7.     Click Finish. The order is added to the Orders list and the unique order number is retrieved from the server.
