The order wizard consists of the following pages:
— Choose Planning File
— Check Product List
— Fill out the Details
On the first page of the wizard, choose the correct planning file. All planning files related to the active patient are shown in a list. Any planning file can be selected, but only an approved planning file order can be ordered. If an unapproved planning is selected, an error message is displayed (when clicking the Next button) stating that an order cannot be created with the selected planning file.
The details of the selected planning file are shown to the right of the list: an overview of the surgical setup containing surgery types, the tooth positions the surgery types are selected for, a warning overview, and an overview of the planned implant, abutment, and anchor pin products.
On the second page, all the products necessary for the planning file are listed in the Product List.
Important
— Third-party products cannot be ordered via the DTX Studio™ Implant order system. If the treatment plan includes products which cannot be ordered (because they are third-party products, outdated or not available) an error message is shown, listing the products which cannot be ordered. These products will be excluded from the Orders list. All available products can still be ordered.
— When the surgical template has been ordered to be printed locally, the order list of other Nobel Biocare products is disabled. If you want to order Nobel Biocare products, create another planning scenario where the local surgical template (purple) is deleted. Then you can proceed with the order.
For each product in the table, the number and name of the product, the item price and quantity are listed. To include or exclude products in the list use the check box. The total price of the complete order is also displayed.
Note
In some markets the item price, overall price, or the Add a Product pane are not shown.
The products are divided into 3 categories:
— Single Use: these products can be used for the selected planning file, and for one patient.
— Multiple Use: these products can be used for the selected planning file, but can be used multiple times by the clinician (e.g. a toolkit).
— Additional: all other products that are sold, so they are not linked to the planning file.
On the last page, fill out the details about the order. First, pick the shipping address from the Ship to drop-down list box. By default, the shipping address of the user is already filled out.

To add a shipping address to the list, please contact your local Nobel Biocare Customer Service or Support desk.
The Issued By field can be filled out, but it is optional. If needed, include notes for production in the Notes to production field.
To indicate whether the order can be saved and sent directly or if it just needs to be saved, select the appropriate option.
When finishing the wizard, the order overview for this order is shown automatically. The status of the order is updated. The order is ready for sending.
