Create a product order

Note

For Nobel Biocare products a product order can be created. For non-Nobel Biocare products (e.g., third-party implants) it is not possible to create product orders.

An order wizard guides you through the ordering process. The order wizard consists of the following pages:

     Choose planning file

     Check product list

     Fill out the details

To create a product order:

1.       Do one of the following:

     Click Product  in the Order group of the Finalize tab of the Planning toolbar. In the Approve dialog click I have read and agree to all of the above and click Create Order.

     Go to the Order module OrderModule_32x32.png and click Product  in the Order group on the Order tab.

2.     A list of the available planning files for the current patient is displayed. Consult the details of the selected planning file in the right window pane.

3.     Choose the appropriate planning file.

Note

Make sure the selected planning file to work with has been approved 07_Approved_for_Order_32x32.png. Only approved treatment plans can be converted into orders.

4.     Click Next.

5.     The Check product list is displayed when all necessary information is collected.

6.     Clear the items on the list that are not required or adjust the quantity of the products to be ordered. Make sure to order multiple-use tooling as well, if you need to.

7.     Click Next.

8.     Fill out the details of the order and review the products to be ordered in the Ordered Products overview.

9.     Click Finish. The order is created and displayed in the list of created orders.

Note

To send the order immediately, mark the Save and send now option. Otherwise, the order is stored and can be sent later by selecting the order and clicking Send in the Order toolbar.
