TempShell order statuses

To check the status of a TempShell order:

1.       Open a patient file.

2.     Click Order products in the Medical Record dialog.

3.     Select the order in the list.

4.     The status is provided in the Status field, right below the Ordered services/products table and is indicated with an icon in the Orders list.

The following statuses are available:

Requested: the TempShell order was sent to the dental lab's mail address.

Uploaded: the TempShell order is uploaded through the cloud system.

In progress: the TempShell order is being processed.

Ready: the TempShell is ready for download.

Downloaded: the TempShell has been downloaded.

Rejected: the file was rejected.

Failed: the file upload failed.
