.To stop storing the patient file online:
1. Select an online patient file .
2. Choose Remove Online 
in the toolbar.
3. A warning message is displayed.
4. Choose Remove Online to continue removing the online patient file or click Cancel to keep it online.
5. During the removal process a progress bar informs about the elapsed time.
6. The patient file regains the Stored Locally or Stored Privately icon
