In the Preferences dialog, click the All Objects tab to start adjusting object settings.
By default, a colored line is drawn around a selected object. To switch off this option, clear Show contour for a selected object in the 3D Viewer group on the Viewers tab. To switch this option on again, clear Show contour for a selected object.
A contextual tab is a hidden tab that is displayed in the toolbar when a specific object in the workspace is selected. These contextual or dedicated tabs grant access to a number of actions related to the selected object.
If Automatically show dedicated tab... in the Selected Objects group is cleared, the dedicated contextual tab will appear in the toolbar, but it will not automatically get focused on.
To adjust the contour thickness of objects in the reslice view, select thin, medium, or thick from the Contour thickness box.
To inspect the surroundings of a planned implant or anchor pin, it is possible to snap the cross-sectional reslice to the planned object. When scrolling through the slices, the reslice will move around the central axis of the planned object. By default, the cross-sectional reslice automatically snaps to a planned implant or anchor pin when adding it to a plan.
To disable the automatic snapping functionality, clear the Automatically snap to the planned object (implant or anchor pin) check box. When an object is planned and the automatic snap functionality is switched off, the cross-sectional reslice will remain snapped to the object it was snapped to before.
