By default, all software updates are downloaded automatically. The user may choose to switch off this automatic feature.
When an update message appears, the user can indicate whether the message should be hidden next time.
Remark
If another update is available, the update message will appear again.
To start an update, accept it when the software prompts for it.
By default, you are notified when updates are available. If you want to de-activate the notifications, clear the Always show message if new updates are available option.
If this feature is selected, a tooltip or instruction box appears when you have to indicate a point, a line, a nerve, an implant, or an anchor pin, or whenever assistance might be useful to guide you through the planning actions. By default, the instructions are shown.
To hide them, clear the Show instruction at mouse pointer option in the Instructions group on the Application > Advanced tab in the Preferences dialog.
To show the instructions again, select the option.
