In the Preferences dialog, click the 3D Viewer tab to start adjusting 3D viewer settings.
Change the background color for the 3D viewer in DTX Studio™ Implant or use a background image.
1. Select Solid color.
2. Choose a color from the Solid Color drop-down list box.
3. Click OK.
1. Select Background image.
2. Enter the path to the image directly into the corresponding field. Alternatively, click Select Image, browse to the image you wish to use, and confirm your selection.
3. Click OK to confirm the changes.
To reset the default background for the 3D viewer in DTX Studio™ Implant, select Default background in the 3D Viewer group.
When the Show a rotation axis object in the 3D viewer option is checked, a small coordinate system is displayed in the lower-right corner of the 3D viewer. This coordinate system is connected to the CT data of the patient. The X-axis and Y-axis define the orientation of the axial reslice, the Z-axis is perpendicular to the axial reslice. This coordinate system helps you to understand the orientation of the patient.
By default, the rotation axis object is shown in the 3D viewer. To hide it, clear the Show a rotation axis object in the 3D viewer option. To show it again, be sure to select the option.
