Each of these sections/pages can be included in or omitted from the report. The report wizard allows the user to select the pages to be omitted from the report. In order to include the omitted pages, a new report must be generated.
This section includes personal information such as the patient's identification (name and/or ID), as well as the date of birth and gender. It also provides clinician and practice information.
The name of the treatment plan and the planning status are stated here, as well as the name of the plan approver and date and hour of the approval.
This section includes which scanner was used, the slice increment used and the date the scan was taken.
This section will include any notes which can be entered when customizing the report.
This page contains a picture of the tooth chart of the selected jaw type with the planned implants, an overview table showing the implants and abutments used in the plan, as well as the set surgery type for the implants. If warnings were detected in the plan, these are summarized on this page. Further details about the warnings can be found on the detail pages for the affected implants.
An OPG view which provides a complete diagnostic overview is shown is this section. A notes section allows you to write down personal remarks after the pdf was printed.
This overview shows a picture of the patient model and surgical template as well as the planning products used such as implants, anchor pins, and abutments. Each implant bears a label with information on the implant used and abutment used. The number assigned to the product and displayed in this label is used consistently throughout the report.
Caution If the wrong jaw type was selected during the creation of the patient model, the patient model will not be visualized correctly. This may result in the patient model being displayed in the wrong direction. |
For each implant used in the treatment plan an information sheet is included in the report, mentioning the assigned tooth position as well. The sheet mentions general information about the implant such as manufacturer, product name, platform, size and reference as well as the type, height and reference of the used abutment and the set surgery type.
Planning warnings specific to the implant are listed as well. General warnings, implant warnings, and cautions are provided under corresponding headings.
The images in this section show the following information:
— a parallel slice through the implant
— a 3D overview with the current product selected
— 3 perpendicular reslices of the implant at offsets 0 mm, +1 mm, and -1 mm
Note
The offset is calculated based on the flow of the reslice curve from the beginning of the curve to the end of the curve. 0 is the actual position of the implant. A positive offset (+) means that the perpendicular reslice is positioned after the implant, further on the reslice curve. A negative offset (-) means that it is positioned before the implant.
An image of the planning model is displayed here. Each implant bears a number corresponding to its assigned tooth position, including the maximum torque values.
The dental cast is shown with the TempShell(s) in caudal or cranial, frontal, left lateral and right lateral views.
The dental cast is shown with the LabDesign(s) in caudal or cranial, frontal, left lateral and right lateral views.
The dental cast is shown with the SmartSetup™ in caudal or cranial, frontal, left lateral and right lateral views.
The order information includes order number, date/time of creation, and date/time when the order was sent. The person who created the order, who issued the order, and the address the template will be shipped to are mentioned in this section. An overview of the ordered products is given as well.
All images available in the Patient Library can be included in the report. Each picture selected for inclusion in the report is displayed on a separate page.
The images of the patient model in the report are generated with the currently selected transfer function, i.e. the way they were visualized the moment the file was saved. If a different visualization of the model is needed, first adapt the patient model in the treatment plan, save the file, and regenerate the report.
