Create a Communicator presentation

To create a Communicator presentation:

1.       Make sure a patient is opened. Click Communicator  in the Communicate group on the Communication tab of the Discuss module or on the Finalize tab when in the Planning mode.

2.     The list of planning files is shown. Select the appropriate treatment plan and click Next. The system loads the data and generates the report pages.

3.     Customize the presentation:

   Enter an appropriate name for the presentation.

   Include notes about the presentation, if desired. These are shown in the Communicator presentation when it is opened on an iPad®.

   Define which images are to be included in the presentation. Only images included in the Patient Library are available to be included. Images not selected for inclusion are displayed in gray and will not be included in the final generated presentation.

Tip

The estimated size of the Communicator presentation after it has been generated is indicated above the images.

   To anonymize all patient information, select the corresponding box.

   To upload the Communicator presentation immediately after its creation, select the check box. If not, leave it blank.

4.     Click Finish.

5.     If the Communicator presentation is not anonymous, a legal disclaimer is displayed. Click I Agree.

6.     When the creation of the Communicator presentation is finished, the presentation name appears in the list. A dedicated icon -  or  - shows that it is a Communicator presentation.
