Stop Sharing a Viewer File

To stop the sharing of a viewer file:

Select the viewer file which was stored online and sent by e-mail.

Click Stop Sharing in the Viewer group on the Communication tab.

A warning message pops up.

Click Stop Sharing.

The selected viewer file is removed from the server. This is indicated in the Communication Items list with the Stop Sharing Viewer icon .
