Start a New Treatment Plan

To start a new planning scenario:

Make sure the patient file has been opened.

Choose the DTX Studio Implant tab in the toolbar and select New.

Select New Plan from the cascading menu. Alternatively use [Ctrl+N] or [Cmd+N].

The workspace is cleared, but the patient model is still displayed.

Add a New Plan to a Treatment via the Treatment Plan Overview Window

Note

The Treatment Plan Overview dialog is only shown when the opened patient file includes more than one planning scenario or treatment. If only one planning scenario or treatment is available, the patient file is opened without showing the Treatment Plan Overview dialog. In that case use the procedure mentioned before to add a treatment to the patient file.

Open the patient file and select the Planning module.

The Treatment Plan Overview window is displayed.

Click Add Planning Scenario.

The workspace is cleared and the patient model is displayed, ready to start a new treatment plan.
